I became a trainer from the passion and love I have for fitness. And I love seeing people transform their body to the best version of their self. I am very much interested in how nutrition plays a big role in achieving fitness goals.

Sport Science Bachelor’s degree from AAU, Currently studying MSC nutrition at AAU, Personal trainer, and gym instructor Taekwondo third dan black belt

Inspiration

When I was growing up, I was involved in many sports like gymnastics, soccer, bodybuilding, etc. Once I joined taekwondo school, it becomes my favorite sport and I kept upgrading myself to become a professional taekwondo fighter. Also, I started competing on a local and eventually
on a national level. As a result, I won many awards.
