About Me

I am a fitness trainer who can train on all types of fitness exercises like strength and cardiovascular. From my experience it is my aim to help people understand what fitness is, and how fitness can benefit them and become a lifestyle choice. I also enjoy challenging my clients to work hard, encouraging them every step of the way to achieve their goals which result in health paybacks, an adjusted body outlook, and other fitness benefits.

Experience and Award

Above 20 years’ experience from a different fitness center in Addis Ababa,
1st and 2nd grade certified from Youth and Culture commission, 8 instructor course certified from Life Fitness, Train the Trainers certified from Life Fitness

Inspiration

I was first inspired to start fitness training when I was young. I was playing football with my childhood friends when I got physically injured. My doctor encouraged me to join the gym to strengthen my injuring. So, I joined. Soon later I got better and end up loving to exercise. That is when I decided I wanted to be a fitness instructor. So I started learning and
updating myself on fitness. The second inspiration is working with gym members.

Customize different types of exercise such as insanity, weight training, and combination exercises Create a fun environment but at the same time competitive. Adapt outdoor exercise such as hiking, running, and walking
