Being physically active is the most effective tool for cardiovascular health. It is one of the most effective ways to strengthen the heart muscle, keep your weight under control, and ward off artery damage from high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and high blood pressure that can lead to heart attack or stroke.
Complete fitness needs different types of exercise. For cardiovascular health, aerobic exercise and resistance training are the main ones. Although flexibility doesn’t contribute directly to cardiovascular health, it’s one of the most important because it provides a good foundation for performing aerobic and strength exercises more effectively.
This week MaxView Fitness would like to share with you how aerobic exercises benefit you and what we are doing to help.
As experts says, ideally, at least 30 minutes a day, at least five days a week aerobic exercise improves circulation, which results in lowered blood pressure and heart rate. In addition, it increases your overall aerobic fitness, as measured by a treadmill test. Also, it helps cardiac productivity. Aerobic exercise also reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes. If you already live with diabetes, cardiovascular exercises can control the blood glucose by aerobic exercise.

This is the Maxview Fitness group class schedule which are important for cardiovascular health. What is your favorite group class? We would like to hear about your experience!
