I am a fitness trainer that is excited to help different clients achieve their fitness goals. Whether clients want to lose weight, gain muscle, or just live a healthier life, I take pride and enjoy supporting them on their fitness journey.
Experience and Award
I have more than 10 years of experience in helping people reach their fitness goals as a fitness instructor and Taebo trainer. I was the first trainer to bring and start Taebo at Maxview Fitness.
Inspiration
One of my favorite memories that inspired me to join fitness was when I was a young, I remember trying to gather kids from my neighborhood to show and teach them gymnastics. I would also perform Taekwondo moves and backflips. That was the beginning of my inspiration and motivated me to teach and help people to get the results they want. This is my passion and has been ingrained in
me and continues to shape my work as a trainer. There are also gym users who inspire me to continue over the years to be a trainer by watching them pursue their goals regardless of how hard the work might be. This encourages me to want to keep coming back to the gym to help them.

Able to design specific and custom-tailored workouts. I strongly believe that we need to pay attention to individual goals. Fitness is much more than losing weight but ultimately to help them reach their health goals.
